We enjoy amicable business relationships with most hotel chains and stand-alone properties present within Kenya, East Africa and worldwide. We have negotiated reasonable contract rates with all leading hotel groups enabling us to provide very competitive offers all year round.
Meetings, Trainings, Conference and Expo Facility Sourcing
Wells Corporate & Holidays Travel Ltd will organize and deliver requests for the above events for large and small groups with reputable Hotels and Lodges that that meet client requirements. We take into consideration the preference of the client and make arrangements at any venue of their choice ensuring that most of these Conference Halls are facilitated with the equipment required.
Ticketing: (Domestic, Regional and International)
We will endeavor to provide the most direct and cost-effective øight schedules and routings required. We extend special fares to our clients as a cost saving measure. Two to three optional bookings will be emailed to you to enable you make a conscious and sensitized decision.
Incentive Groups /Corporate Group Discounts
Wells Corporate & Holidays Travel Ltd negotiates special rates or volume discounts for large groups of passengers traveling together, with a preferred airlines. Besides enjoying the services that we provide to our customers, they will be able to enjoy additional beneöts. A group of 10 adult passengers travelling together attracts a special rate. This can be negotiated with the Airline concerned in good time based on seat availability
Tour and Safari Packages
Our Tours Department organizes reasonable and unique adventure tours and Safaris. Itineraries for these safaris are tailor-made to suit clients who prefer to go on luxury safaris as well as those who are interested in adventure travel.
The comfort and safety of all our clients is
paramount. Therefore, we ensure that all
vehicles are in top condition and are fitted
with VHF radios with a base that is manned 24 hours.
We provide specialized services for Game
Viewing, Beach Holidays, Archaeological site visits, Culture safaris, Fishing packages, flying safaris packages, Roof Tent Camping that has option of Self-drive and option with Driver Guide and Chef to name a few.
We also specialize in Leisure, business,
incentive and corporate travel packages
worldwide. Packages are an all-inclusive
travel, that is, Airline tickets, accommodation, airport transfers and meals. They are great for both family and business travel.
Airport Transfers and Car Hire Services
Locally and regionally, we arrange for train, airport and hotel transfers for our clients at discounted rates. Group rates also apply. We have our own fleet of vehicles and where our physical coverage is missing, we are associated with car hire companies
and many other privately owned companies both locally and international to provide the services.
We facilitate the provision of all types of cars for hire ranging from saloon cars, minivans, VIP Cars, 4WD SUVs to large seater busses and many more depending on your preference. The cars are clean
and in good mechanical condition ,
comprehensively insured and PSV licensed.
